The MyFitness Programs page is home to various exercise programs that can help you stay healthy and fit. Whether you are a beginner or a veteran we aim to have an exercise program for you. If you can't find a program that suits your needs, leave us a note using the contact page and come back later as the list of programs is always increasing!
Each program will be delivered electronically once payment has been received. The file will be in excel spreadsheet format detailing the program and the actual program itself. The programs are dynamic and can be adjusted by you as you improve. Thus, these programs can be reused over and over and will still be effective as you progress.
Program purchase will include a 1-Week 1-on-1 coaching guidance via email on how to use the program and a how to pair the exercise program with an excellent diet plan with one of our expert trainers and nutritionists.
Once your program has been purchased one of our MyFitness teammembers will reach out to you to determine your goals and current situation and then you will be paired with one of our highly skilled and knowledgeable teammembers once we have determined which teammember best suits your needs!
